The Role in Brief
The flight dispatcher is the brain behind every departure: planning routes, monitoring flight operations, communicating with crews, and adapting in real-time. It’s a crucial role that demands precision, foresight, and a deep passion for aviation.
No experience required. No licence needed to be hired.
What We’re Looking for in You
Never worked as a flight dispatcher before? That’s okay. What we’re really after is passion. If this sounds like you, you might be the person we’re looking for:

- Dedication, thoroughness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- The ability to handle pressure and stay calm when things move quickly.
- A functional command of English to interact effectively with pilots and our various partners.
- Excellent judgement and the ability to make quick decisions.
- A real willingness to undertake professional training to obtain a Transport Canada-recognized flight dispatcher licence.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Learn to plan flights, taking into account weather conditions, aircraft performance, and regulations.
- Monitor our flights in real time and support the crews.
- Help manage operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with our pilots, customer service, and maintenance teams.
- Contribute to the safety, quality, and smooth running of our operations.
What We Offer
- A stimulating environment where every day is different.
- Comprehensive benefits from day one (insurance, telemedicine, group RRSP with employer contributions).
- A paid day off on your birthday
- Social activities organized by an active committee
- Opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly expanding company.
- Flexible schedule
- A human, family-oriented, and passionate company culture.
