After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has expanded its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs over 200 people. Chrono is a Quebec-based airline offering planes that can accommodate between 9 and 120 passengers, exclusively for charter flights. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono continues its expansion, reinforcing its position as a leader in the charter flight industry in Quebec and Canada.
Role and context
The Flight Operations Administrator provides logistical and administrative support by coordinating crew and employee travel, booking hotels, arranging ground transportation, and managing related details. This office-based position works closely with crew scheduling and flight coordinators to ensure efficient, cost-effective travel arrangements, accurate record-keeping, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate with crew scheduling to arrange hotels, ground transportation, and other logistical needs for flight crew and company representatives.
• Research travel options to find the best pricing while balancing reliability, convenience, and company policy.
• Work alongside crew scheduling to track and organize crew schedules, layover details, and duty assignments.
• Coordinate crew travel itineraries and communicate updates or changes in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, travel costs, and other administrative documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for flight crew needing logistical assistance while on duty or layover.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers (e.g., hotels, shuttles, rental agencies) to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective service.
• Ensure all travel-related arrangements comply with internal policies and cost guidelines.

• Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities with flexibility.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in French is required for this position. A strong command of English is also necessary in order to communicate with English-speaking clients across Canada and internationally.
