Generally, here's the journey of a future pilot with us:

• We aspire for our future first officers to initially acquire a year of experience in a ground position before submitting their application for the Ground School.
• To gain access to Ground School, the candidate must not only pass a simulator test but also shine during the selection interview with the chief pilot and the human resources team.
• The training phase is approximately 3 weeks long and cohorts consist of about 10 candidates.
• Expect to allocate around 3 months to train all candidates on the aircraft.

In closing, it's reasonable to envision a timeframe of 1 to 2 years before being able to fly as a first officer on a Pilatus PC-12. We want to emphasize that it's not guaranteed for all our employees, even those with a pilot’s license, to obtain a pilot position.
